We process personal data you provide through our inquiry and RFQ forms (name, company, country, e-mail, phone, message content and attachments) to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and conduct business correspondence — on the legal basis of taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Career applications (CV, contact data) are processed for recruitment on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps.
Inquiry data is kept for the duration of the business relationship or as long as needed to handle the inquiry, and thereafter per statutory retention obligations. Open job applications are kept up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
Data may be shared within the Konus Konex group (Konus S, Vulkan Protektor) where needed to handle your inquiry, and with IT and hosting providers acting as processors. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EU/EEA occur only with appropriate safeguards.
